The Novelis Terre Haute team is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator. This role supports the organization in driving operational excellence through training programs and initiatives that strengthen the Novelis Operating System (NOS). Additionally, this role enhances transparency, efficiency, and performance across all manufacturing areas by developing, implementing, and driving the site’s Education & Training (E&T) system in alignment with the company’s continuous improvement (CI) programs and projects.
By integrating NOS principles with modern training applications, the Operations Training Coordinator role identifies training needs tied to losses and key performance indicators (KPIs), implements competency gap reduction initiatives, assist with new-hire integration, manages the Learning Management System (LMS), supports the leadership team with compliance training completion, ensures training effectiveness across the facility, and supports the implementation of NOS standards. This position contributes directly to building a culture of continuous improvement (CI) and to maturing the site’s NOS capabilities.
