WHAT AWAITS YOU

As part of our team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to dive into two key areas of our HR organization: HR administration and Learning & Development.

You’ll be involved in various activities:

• support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires,
• help organizing and managing employees' training sessions and development programs,
• monitor and update internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements,
• conduct research and assist in implementing best practices in Italy,
• contribute to internal communication efforts,
• support employer branding activities, helping to strengthen the company’s visibility and appeal as a great place to work.

At the same time, you’ll work closely with the other team memebers:

• assisting with preparation and management of essential documentation,
• keeping internal policies up to date,
• ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with regulations and internal guidelines.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves to learn, and is eager to make an impact across different functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your organizational skills, and be part of a team that values collaboration and growth.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education and technical skills:

• Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point),
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and/or HR software is a plus.

Language skills:

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Soft skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Previous experience in internships or projects related to HR or Communication is a plus but not required.
