Supply Chain S&OP Senior Analyst (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

• You coordinate the rolling 3-18 month Sales and Operations Plan with focus on demand forecasting process
• You identify & execute process improvements to the S&OP process
• You identify production and supply constraints, analyze options and prepare proposed solutions for decision making
• You analyze asset performance against future capacity parameters
• You actively drive the sustainability agenda for Supply Chain
• You participate in or lead of business projects for planning and optimizing manufacturing plants
• You actively contribute on our digitalization agenda

How you convince us:

• You have a bachelor of science degree in e.g. business economics, Supply Chain Management or similar, Masters degree preferred
• You bring at least 3 years of experience of Supply Chain or Operations Management; ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to convey complex topics in simple memorable terms, collaborative mindset
• You have advanced analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in SAP, Office tools as well as business intelligence and related tools/technologies
• Very good written and verbal communications skills in English, German is a plus
