Position Overview

The Finance & Accounts team, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst. The person in this role will report to the Sr Treasury Manager, Banking & Capital Management.

 

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of global corporate finance including debt issuance, liquidity management, global compliance under the credit agreements, rating agency methodology understanding, financing structure associated with global financial plans, M&A activity, financial projections sensitivity analysis for management and working capital initiatives. This includes preparing financial models, monthly borrowing base calculations, periodic compliance certifications, working capital financing initiatives, as well as a variety of ad hoc analyses to support the Banking & Capital Management team in making informed financing decisions. This individual should have a strong desire for operational improvement and automation and familiar with recommending and implementing improved processes.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Complete quarterly debt compliance activities including coordinating regional efforts to complete checklist and completing key compliance calculations within the credit agreements and submission to Agent banks
  • Ensure compliance with all significant financial agreements
  • Understand the Rating Agency methodology to proactively supervise key changes in our financials and specific strategic transactions
  • Liaise with internal procurement team and banks in order to evaluate and implement upon leasing opportunities
  • Manage process for monthly borrowing base calculations
  • Play fundamental role in support of debt management and issuance through financial modeling and strategic recommendations
  • Report any key findings/changes to manager and Treasurer and submit final report to agent bank
  • Handling factoring programs, assisting with balancing Libor and Prime borrowings, and producing information for MMRs
  • Lead annual ABL audit and appraisal process
  • Provide recommendations for working capital initiatives across the group
  • Liaise with regions to acquire data and report on working capital initiatives across the group
  • Assist manager and assistant treasurer in making recommendations on the level of working capital initiatives
  • Track bank counterparty balances and handle requests for position changes
  • Interact with banks to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) requests

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in treasury, finance or accounting
  • Strong familiarity with financial documents
  • Ability to form relationships with key internal and external collaborators
  • Proven track record to complete work with a high level of attention to detail and quality
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience preparing, analyzing, and interpreting financial models and making recommendations to senior management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, CFA and/or CPA
  • Capital markets experience and familiarity with non-investment grade debt markets
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience working with and implementing operational improvement projects
