Position Overview
Novelis Oswego has a great opportunity for an Electrical Engineer! The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing leadership, direction and support in the design and maintenance of Electrical and Automation systems and controls. The incumbent provides expertise and directs the activities of others engaged in activities related to electrical engineering, reliability/maintenance, automation, and controls to achieve overall plant goals relating to quality, throughput, and efficiency.

Qualifications
This role’s salary starts from $70,000 per year. Individual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, and performance. In addition to base salary, this position includes participation in a short-term incentive plan (Annual Incentive Plan - AIP or Plant Performance incentive - PPI).
