Position Overview

Intern Global Compensation (m/f/d)


 


As a member of the Corporate Human Resources team based in Atlanta, the Intern will remotely from Germany provide support to the center of expertise (COEs) related to compensation. The incumbent will work closely with the market pricing and job evaluation COE Compensation Lead in analysis and coordination of compensation related tasks and projects. This work is ideal for a candidate who is studying, has experience with, or willing to learn aspects of using compensation in recruiting, retaining, and rewarding employees within the HR function of an organization.


 


 


 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:



  • Gather and organize confidential compensation documents to upload to records retention database

  • Assists with centralizing historic job evaluations and supporting documents

  • Build job description repository for job descriptions that is organized and easily searchable

  • Data analysis and audit including job codes, functions, sub functions, and market matches

  • Activities to support process automation projects, such as requirements gathering, testing, and assembling training materials

  • Ad hoc projects and analysis


 


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Very good English skills

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Capability to thrive in a diverse team environment and to engage and gather information from cross-functional teams

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work without the need for detailed guidance

  • Analytical with attention to detail with emphasis on quality and accuracy of information

  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and presentation skills

  • Capable of treating confidential information as confidential and with integrity and respect
